Ryan: Construction Flaw

Perhaps on sale for a reason. The pilot hole in the horizontal, load-bearing support beam is drilled too shallow, resulting in the bolts on both ends of the beam, being unable to get a bite as the bolt reaches through the front leg of the sofa. This will require I either get out my power drill from home, I'm in the office and drill the hole deeper or go to a hardware store to purchase longer bolts so as to achieve a safe to use seat. I personally feel like I should be refunded a fraction of the cost, as taking it apart and returning it is equally if not greater an inconvenience.
