I was worried because the box was damaged but no issues with the quality. It took a bit to put together, in the end though I love this bed. It looks amazing in my son s room. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I made the assumption that the ladder could switch from the left to the right and that is not the case. We went with the full under twin option.
